Our jam is a low sugar product, meaning that it is essentially fresh fruit. Unlike commercially produced jams and jellies, which often use produce that is picked green and shipped from hundreds of miles away. Most of our fruit is locally grown in the Grand Valley, a region renown for it's superior agriculture. The orchards are irrigated with water originating from the pristine snowmelt of the Colorado Rockies. Warm summer days and cool Colorado nights produce ideal growing conditions.

Since our fruit is fully ripened and brimming with flavor at harvest, we use a minimum of organic evaporated cane juice, pectin, and spices (when desired). The jams are cooked in small batches at temperatures exceeding 165° (required to make jams and jellies). Our classic methods result in a gourmet treat with real nutritional value, and natural flavors that are both rich and complex.
