How to use this GratefulBody product: Apply whenever and as often as you wish or need. Apply a drop or two to affected areas and massage gently and thoroughly for about half a minute. Repeat many times during the day, a perfect time is just before you go to bed.
The basic direction of Veins/Rx is to nourish the venal and lipid systems with the intent of bringing structural integrity to capillary walls, improving blood flow and supporting the body to deal with lymph build-up.
